Profile
Mario Boiardi's proven design expertise and project oversight infuses RCG with an award-winning influence that lead to dozens of design awards during his tenure at his previous firm, Hartman-Cox. His diligent research, quality control and attention to detail are hallmarks of his projects. Mario's past work concentrated on three building types: academic buildings, cultural buildings and historic preservation. Those designs have received over 25 design awards, including 14 AIA awards. While Mario was a partner in 1988, Hartman-Cox received the coveted AIA Firm of the Year Award, awarded annually on a national basis to one firm that exemplifies the best of design and management in the profession. Mario's work has been widely published and critically appraised. His career long efforts to improve the built environment through design resulted in his election in 1996 as a Fellow in the American Institute of Architects.
